The DotNetNuke Live Support module gives your visitors the ability to start a real time conversation with a logged in agent.  You and/or other staff login as an ‘agent’ and visitors of your website can request help. As an agent you can then chat with them in realtime to answer their questions and increase sales!

This DotNetNuke Live Support module adds the ability for you to provide superior support and sales service to your website visitors.  When a visitor is on your website they will have the option to start a conversation with you! When you're logged in as an agent, you'll be able to view the agent dashboard and converse with your users. If you get busy or can’t help people on the website, simply close the agent dashboard and the website will change it’s status and let future visitors know that an agent is not currently available.

This is a robust module that may not be compatible with all skins and installs. Installation is limited to one portal. Please be sure to test out the demo to ensure the module works for your custom solution.
